This is for 
's art jam. The theme this month is "someone green, in color or name." I decided, since I've already posted Hulk and Green Lantern picks, I'd throw down with the Smallville version of Green Arrow (by far my favorite version). At first, it wasn't working for me, so I added some Oliver Stone lighting and that seemed to pep it up
