I thought some of you guys might get a kick out of this :D What you're looking at is actually a drawing on Bristol board with two pieces of tracing paper on top. The first drawing is a human female arm, drawn from a live model. The next bit is a piece of tracing paper, laid on top of the first drawing, that shows the underlying bone structure of the arm. The third drawing is yet another piece of tracing paper that shows the muscles of the arm as they attach to the bone (the muscles are colored in pretty, bright colors for easy identification ;P) I used two different anatomy books as reference for this, but their names escape me at the moment. Nice mate. It really helps to understand the muscles and bones when drawing. I need too learn that, I'm useless at anatomy when it comes to art.
